Setting or Changing Goals
After onboarding, you can change the goals for each of your focus areas or select a new focus area and set a goal for the new focus area. To set or change a focus area, visit Setting or Changing Focus Areas.
To view a goal for a behavior, you have two options:
Option 1: Click on the behavior title or description to open the Behavior's detailed screen.

Option 2: Click on See All Feedback Goals to Open the All Feedback List and then click on the label for the Behavior you want to see or change a goal on.

Once you are in the detailed screen for a Behavior, underneath the behavior's description, you will see "Progress on Behavior Goal". If you have received feedback on this behavior in the past, you will see feedback listed and the percentage of responses that either said you are meeting or exceeding an expectation will be represented by the bar and percentage within the Progress section; otherwise, the bar will be grey.
Your goal for this behavior is represented by the dot on the bar. Set your goal by dragging the dot along the progress bar. You can see what percentage the location of your goal represents in the value above the progress bar. See below for a detailed view.
