The First Time you log in:

The first time you log in, you will be provided a password by one of our Guides. Use your email address and the password supplied. Once you log in, you enter our onboarding process. You can learn more about the onboarding process by using the right and left arrows. Once you are ready to start, click the Let's Get Started button.

Going through our Onboarding:

Step 1: Choose 3 Focus Areas - Think of a habit that you want to continue to reinforce or level up. You are more likely to make a habit stick if you focus on it for a period of time and receive feedback if others are noticing you demonstrating that behavior. Within the tool, we ask you to pick 3 so you can focus your development on a critical few behaviors to start. You will be able to swap out focus areas at any time.

Why 3? Part of elevating your work is learning how to prioritize. Our brain can only hold 3-5 pieces of information at any one time. We want you to be able to remember each of your 3 focus areas so that you practice them as opportunities come up. After you complete the onboarding process and want to change out your focus areas, you can have fewer than 3 but you can never have more than 3. Remember we want you to be intentional and focus!

For a full list of behaviors you can choose from, visit here.

Step 2: Set a Goal for each Focus Area - Determine how frequently you want to meet or exceed expectations of this behavior. As you receive feedback on each focus area, you will see how close you are to your goal based on the % of people that say you are meeting or exceeding that expectation.

To adjust your goal, you can either click along the bar or drag the dot to the value directly under each focus area to set your goal percentage. You will notice, based on the goal % you set, we help you determine if this is a strength, an opportunity or a challenge. For us a strength is something that you already consistently demonstrate. An opportunity is something, with a little focus and time, could become a strength and help accelerate your growth. A challenge is something that may be holding you back from demonstrating your full potential and with a little focus you can learn how to build this behavior so it is no longer holding you back. We use the following goal percentage ranges to tag whether a goal represents a strength, opportunity or challenge:

  • Strength - Higher than 75%

  • Opportunity - Between 51-75%

  • Challenge - At or below 50%

Step 3: Identify your Brand - A person's brand is the perception others have of them based on their actions, communication, and presence. It's a blend of how they present themselves, their values, and how they consistently show up across different platforms or interactions. Consider your aspirational brand. How do you want to show up for others.

Identify 6 brand attributes that you believe are part of your unique brand. There are likely many attributes you could choose. We want you to prioritize 6! What is your unique combination? You will have an opportunity to get feedback from others on how they observe these attributes while engaging with you.

Select a brand attribute by clicking the toggle next to each word. You are limited to 6, so watch the top of the screen to see how many you’ve selected.

Success! You have completed your onboarding and will see this window. Click the "Let's Go" button to go into your home screen a.k.a. our Measure screen.

Next time you log in...

You will be taken directly to the measure screen where you can monitor progress on your focus areas or brand, request feedback or review recent feedback you received.
