Resetting Your Password
In our Beta version, you reset or change your password by returning to the Login screen, click on Sign In and click "Forgot your password."
You will be prompted to enter your email address and click send Verification Code. The verification code will be emailed to you.
You will receive an email from [email protected] with your verfiication code.
Enter your verficiation code or choose to send a new one if you didn't receive a verification code. Please note: if you edit your email address on the screen where you enter your verification code, you will need to request a new verificaiton code.
Once you enter the correct verification code, you will click continue and be asked to create a new password.
Password Requirements:
Must be 8 to 64 characeters long
Must have 3 of the following:
a lowercase letter
an uppercase letter
a numerical digit
a symbol
